Description

Bladerunner Intercoolers represent the next generation of intercoolers. The Bladerunner intercoolers utilize a 3 in. bar and plate design that out performs OE style tube and fin core designs. The end tanks are constructed out of 3/16 in. TIG welded aluminum plate tanks that incorporate three multi-directional vanes that efficiently direct air flow through the entire core for maximum cooling. The Bladerunner intercooler also comes with 4 1/8 in. pre-tapped ports for easy gauge installation as well as other auxiliary input options. Tested at 200psi which is perfect for the high boost applications. In recent testing the Bladerunner intercooler produced a 200 deg. temperature drop and a 100 deg. EGT drop as well as increasing air flow by 30 percent. Dont waste your time and money on modified factory intercooler. The smooth transition mandrel bends decrease turbulence which increases horsepower and torque while lowering EGT s. The high-temp wrinkle-black powder-coating insulates the tube from engine heat and protects the tube from corrosion. Two 1/8in. NPT ports are provided for sensors or water-methanol injection. aFe Badging: Unique aluminum laser-cut aFe Power logo plate is welded-on for an aggressive style.
