Do I need proof of purchase?
- **With proof**: Return or exchange within 45 days if the item is unused, unopened, and includes original packaging.
- **Without proof**: Eligible for merchandise credit only, at the lowest selling price in the last 45 days. No cash refunds.
RETURN PROCESS & TIMELINE
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned part, refunds are typically issued to your original payment method as follows:
- 1–3 days to inspect the return
- 1–3 days to process the refund internally
- 1–2 business days for banks/payment providers to complete the transfer
Are there restocking fees?
Some items (like opened gaskets, electrical components, special orders, tools) incur a 15% restocking fee. Clearance or “AS‑IS” items are final sale.
CORE DEPOSITS
What’s a Core Deposit?
Some parts require a core deposit. Return the old part (“core”)—new, unopened, rebuildable—within 45 days to receive a refund. All fluid must be drained.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
