The dampener is manufactured from durable vinyl and features heavy-duty storage pockets, and a reflective band. It folds up for easy storage and can been worn as a safety vest. Fits all winch cables and recovery straps up to 3 inch wide. Simply place the dampener on your recovery line and add weight to the pockets to help absorb energy, and reduce the whip of a failed winch cable. Durable vinyl construction.
